Risk Prevention and Safety Management – Safety Management I

Educational objectives
The Master’s programme in Risk Prevention and Safety Management – Safety Management I is intended to respond to the increasing demand from private firms and public institutions for specific vocational skills in the areas of risk prevention and labour safety management as required by current legislation (Legislative Decree no. 81/2008 and the Agreement between the Government and the Regions, 26 January 2006).
The Master’s programme is available in two different formats: face-to-face classroom teaching or distance e-learning modules.

Lessons will be held at the Marco Biagi Foundation (Largo Marco Biagi 10), from April 2014 to the end of January 2015, four hours a day for one week every month.


Career opportunities
The Master’s programme is aimed at enabling the course participants to gain the qualifications necessary to take up positions as:

  • health and safety officers in public and private firms/Organizations in compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 81/2008, as amended;
  • human resources consultants intending to specialize in health and safety at work.
