The Secretariat is responsible for:
- Teaching schedules, examination schedules, lecture room management
- Drafting of the minutes of the Department Council and Committees
- Career management of academic staff
- Management of teaching registers
- Publication of teaching schedules and course syllabuses.

The Registrar's Offices are responsible for the administration tasks of the students' career from their enrolment up to the attainment of the Bachelor's and Master's Degree.
Students holding a foreign study qualification and willing to enrol in a Bachelor or Master Degree programme are required to hand over all the necessary documents to the Registrar's Office.
