Communication of date, time and co-speakers
The files containing the list of graduates, examining professors, times and classrooms will be sent by Dr. Sonia Romanazzi to the institutional email address approximately ten days before the session. Please note that, immediately after having viewed the name of the co-speacker(for Master's Degrees only), graduates must send him/her the PDF file of their degree thesis. The professors' email addresses can be found in the "People search".
In the case that you wish to use slides for the discussion of the thesis, the instructions will be sent by Dr. Sonia Romanazzi in the communication of the list of graduates, examining professors, times and classrooms.

Guests access
Graduands can invite to their graduation session a maximum of 8 people; it is requested to bring to the session a list with all surnames and names of each guest, which will be handed over to the staff in charge of checking the access.
From July 2023 it is not possible to participate online accessing a link provided by the Department any longer, because the Covid pandemic emergency is over.
